Description
Although the Enrico “Student Extra” are advertised by the supplier as intermediate instruments, we believe that they are an excellent choice for beginner cellists. In our experience, they can comfortably support students up to the end of AMEB Grade 4 cello studies.
These cellos produce a warm, pleasant sound, making them ideal for beginners. Thanks to their thicker wood construction, they are particularly forgiving for students who are still developing their bow technique. It is very easy for beginners to produce a nice sound right from the start.
At North Shore Strings, we professionally set up each instruments as they do not come ready to play straight from the factory. Our expert setup makes a significant difference in both playability and sound quality. Additionally, we replace the factory strings with Clarendon Gold Strings, which further enhances the instrument’s tone and response. We include the set up work for no extra charge!
If you are looking for a reliable, well-prepared beginner-friendly cello with a beautiful tone. You need not look any further than the Enrico “Student Extra” for a beginner.
